the staff was always kind, accommodating, and helpful. Bed very comfortable! Room cozy, very quiet property, easy to rest. Nice sized bathroom, clean, good toiletries.
I had placed a note for service on bathroom mirror as instructed and request was not honored so I had to ask again (this was part of the daily service of my room). Taken care of immediately after I asked again. Room service ended too early I thought. Shower door did not close all the way.

Adequate. The choice of cooked breakfast was ok. No fresh juices which was unusual.
The immediate exterior of the hotel was extremely uncomfortable with dodgy people loitering around. The occasional presence of parked police cars was comforting but did not dispel the sense of unease while walking through the first 100 meters out of the hotel.
