The location is truly great, the staff are friendly and helpful, the beds are comfy. The view from our balcony and the rooftop terrace was stunning.
Parking was an adventure and the blanket too warm for hot summer days.

Probably the location but just to say something. It is only 15-18 minutes walk from piazza maggiore. The walk is pretty as you see colorful streets on the way

Fees were reasonable for a 3 star hotel
Linen was lovely
Very clean
Forth floor room had little water pressure
Shower sliding doors were coming off rail and dangerous
Croissants were not cooked through
Coffee was terrible
No window in our room
Corridors smelt musty
