the room was huge, loved the wood design, there is a shared kitchen which we didnt use but it had all you need to make a meal at the hotel. there are free breakfast tokens that you can use at a cafe near the place, we used it for one breakfast and it was nice: you get a coffee and a pastry.
also the bathroom is huge and comfy.
The AC was troublesome in the summer (according to the host the weather made it go into safety mode every few minutes beacuse it was way too hot outside so it would just turn off and on, but the filters needed to be cleaned for sure which I think was part of the problem).
But it was only bothering us if we wanted to stay in the room at noon, at night the AC worked fine and we could sleep okay.

Location was in a very laid back part of the city
Hard to get a cab if you have an early morning flight. Had to walk to the train station with bags

No doubt, location itself is perfect. In the middle of everything, but still quiet =10+/10. My room‘s views (tower room) were stunning.
Online-check-in and onboarding: easier than anticipated from the description with 4! keys, and very gentle online-staff, however and just personally I still prefer old-school like something more real-life people, who have more than 5,5 working hours per day = 9/10
Breakfast: you get tokens (1/day) for a typical italian pasticceria breakfast (1 coffee, 1 bottled orange juice, 1 brioche)= 8/10
Wifi = lost connections several times, perhaps due to tower location = 7/10
+1: One extra point for the flexible late check-out on Sunday (grazie mille!)
-2: room service simply didn‘t happen. No room service sign visible which I could have hung out. Despite other e-mail confirmation, room service (towels, coffee casules) came ONCE only in that week (Sunday-sunday stay, wednesday only service)
Bottom line: great location in a wonderful building with „limited service“ (gentle though) for this price level. 10 for 1 night, 7-8 only for a longer stay
