Excellent location right in the heart of the old city, super friendly and helpful staff going out of their way to help with restaurant booking etc, charming property.
Bathroom in need of a little updating.

The staff, including Camilla and her Colleague at the reception, were exceptionally kind, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very good. There is also plenty of restaurants around. When I returned back home, I realized that I forgot my necklace in the hotel, the staff activated to find it and ship it for me. Camilla was of great professionalism and replied to my emails and handled related correspondence efficiently. A special hats-off to the housekeeping staff for their honesty and integrity!. I highly recommend this hotel, you just feel at home thanks to a fantastic staff!
Nothing.

Hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to everything. Near lots of restaurants.
Had to walk up many flight of stairs with heavy cases to use the lifts.
