The location of this hotel is sensational. You walk out the door into the middle of Bologna’s market area.
The staff at the hotel were very charming and delightful.
I have stayed here twice and would happily return again!

The staff were all very nice. The location was great with the exception of the noise early morning from the side street vendors setting up at 5am.
There were 32, yes I counted them,stairs before you got to the reception area. Then another 2 to get to the lift. If you have mobility issues, it was a killer. Yes, they state they a left but it should be clarified you do not get to the left for the rooms until you climb all of the stairs.
We could not turn the TV on as a code, not provided, was needed. Just an annoyance.
Pass on the breakfast as it seemed to be only cakes and breads.
