Location is excellent, close to main sites.Breakfast is wholly substantial with very good varied choices, both hot and cold.5th floor room reached by lift.
Rather squeaky floor in Room 56 and shower pressure a bit haphazard

The breakfast buffet provided a very good variety of tasty options in a comfortable dining room attended by friendly and courteous staff. Scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, assorted cheeses, cold cuts and baked goods were replenished often, keeping things fresh. Made to order espresso, cappuccino, lattes were available, and there was a big urn of brewed coffee for those who need their coffee immediately. Everything you need to start your day of exploring lovely Bologna.
The location is excellent and within the walking distance of Bologna’s sights.
The common areas and room were spotless and well
maintained. Our room was very quiet and we slept very comfortably. All staff were kind and accommodating. The location is fantastic.
We found the air conditioning a little tricky to adjust. It was not an issue at all, just an observation. Perhaps a little card explaining how to use it would have helped.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Bologna
The hotel is perfectly located, just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, and offers a genuinely warm and welcoming experience. I was kindly given an upgrade and stayed in a wonderful room that was spacious, comfortable and very pleasant.
The entire team is extremely friendly, attentive and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Lorenza and Juneth, who were incredibly kind, generous and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel truly welcome and well cared for.
I had a wonderful experience and, whenever I return to Bologna, I will certainly stay at the Art Hotel Orologio again. Highly recommended!
