The location. Also, the room was kept very clean. The front desk staff as well as the breakfast staff were friendly and efficient.

Location was great for the local history area
The room is tiny and the bathroom is badly designed. You have to sit sideways on the toilet as there a wall so close on one side.
The shower is so small with a huge shower head designed for a double shower.
The noise from outside wakes you up all the time and then the cleaner starts outside the door ridiculously early, even on a Sunday .
Before 7.00am there is noise.
