Competitive price and a good central location. Bed and room was comfortable and the cleaner was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice addition although would be useful to have allergens labelled. Everything was clean and bright.
Our room numbers were mixed up in the text we received prior to entering which caused some confusion. It was sorted by the cleaner there who was really nice but if she hadn't been there I think it would have been a bit stressful. I didn't realise the bathroom was quite far from our room down a corridor which was a bit awkward with other people also staying in the flat. But I did book knowing the bathroom was external.

The place is so comfortable, it felt like home. Bed super comfortable, nice view and excellent space.
Nothing in particular. But just to name something minor, the keys can be updated because they are not so straightforward to lock/open (but this is something very minor).
