The ability of our family to gather in lobby
In am, no ability to be together due to no seats reserved for those not taking breakfast regardless of no one there in entire lobby. No accommodations or creativity to make everyone's stay enjoyable. Also sauna room had too much sandlewood smell.

Everything in the hotel was great! The location is perfect - you are close to all the tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room, although on the small side, is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The AC works perfectly, it's not too hot or too cold, the sheets and towels are clean, there are toiletries in the bathroom. In addition, there is a coffee machine that you can use for free from 7 to 23, which saved us a lot of money, and the coffee was very good. Overall, I recommend this place. We had a very pleasant stay.
The only thing I didn't really like was the one-ply toilet paper and the pump on the shower gel in the bathroom, which didn't work correctly, but that's not the end of the world.

The breakfast bad along with the employee in charge whom I said good morning twice and never responded back as I did not exist...Although she should be the one greeting every guest having breakfast
