The location was great, and the staff was really friendly.
The shower did not work properly, and it was not possible to warm up the temperature.

Proximity to train/ bus station and walking to city centre. Good room size. Availability of tea/coffee/water. Luggage storage available

En general meh. Ni bueno ni malo. Te dan oportunidad de dejar las maletas en el lobby si haces check out aunque pues nadie las va a vigilar.

The mattress was very comfortable

Free water dispenser in lobby area, also free coffee and tea available

I was in room 5 and it was very small and dark.. the shutters were closed and some you couldn’t even open
The desk was no real desk as it was too close to the bed and there was no chair
The area is a bit sketchy, tho it’s close to the train station
Tho it’s great that there is free luggage storage, it is just put in the lobby with no supervision.. so it is not secure and you leave it at your own risk
