The best aspect is the location - 10 mins walk to station and 10 minutes walk to centre, in a safe, well lit area.
Tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated.
The mattress was very comfortable.
It would be good value for a couple but expensive for a solo.
Pillows were hard and lumpy!
It would have been nice to have seen more of the host, who was friendly on arrival.

Rooms are spacious and very airy. We were a couple but the room could easily accommodate three people. The whole place was very clean. The property is just a short distance from Bologna Central Train Station, and around 15/20 mins to the main square and historical center of Bologna. We only stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert at Unipol Arena. The direct bus for the Arena departs from the Central Station and hence make the property an excellent choice if you are attending a concert or sport event at the Unipol Arena.
Not many restaurants in the vicinity but then it is only a short walk to the town center. A few more tea and coffee facilities in the room would be welcome.
