Good location to reach the center of Bologna. The room was excellent. The bathroom also. There was a terrace with place for smokers. The place was clean.
The check-in of this room is only between 14 - 17 p.m. I asked twice for late check-in but there was not response. We arrived in Bologna from Florence, and we had not enough time and didn't view some places in Florence because of this check-in window. Anyway, there was not staff and the procedure is self-check-in and self-check-out, which is comfortable.

no breakfast, great location close to train station and Piazza Maggiore
The heat pump takes a full day to cool the room because the outside unit is plugged with dirt and debris. Cleaning that unit would allow it to function efficiently and save a fortune on power use.
the wine cooler in the lobby was new but didn't cool wine in 24 hours, is there something I don't know?
Put a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes while showering,
you need a larger sign on the street, the tourist police couldn't locate the buzzer
a few fixes would improve on this nicely done room

In a great location, less than 15 minutes to train station and close to the sites.
Good instructions for entering the room
A bit dark. Could smell drains in the bathroom but opening the window cleared that quickly.

Clean property and great location but not even a guesthouse more like a university hostel no tea and coffee provide the fridge is a budget wine fridge that’s not cold no kettle
Complicated checking in process the owner believed that it was because I had the wrong number listed however communication from every other booking.com comes via the messaging system … luggage transfer became a drama (40 mins between drop off and checkin time)when I asked if it we were paying the cleaner not a service then wasn’t available on the day of checkout ((a trade fair came up) the host became quite aggressive via messaging
No facilities it’s 1 euro for coffee even and the light in the shower turns off quickly but stays on all night
