Water would run cold in shower when put under pressure
You have to like dogs as many on site and plenty of barking
No local train station it’s a bus into town 5 min walk to the stop

It does not offer breakfast but it provides the facilites. A well equiped kitchen where you can prepare what you need.
It was not enough clear how to reach my room at the first floor.

The accommodation was homely and clean and the kitchen facilities were excellent. It was is a good location for us to access the Congress centre (10 min walk away) where we were attending a conference. The host was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend
There was absolutely nothing not to like. It was ideal for us and our needs. It's around a 20-30 minute walk from the Bologna town centre which was fine for us (or anyone happy to use a bike) but may not suit some depending on plans and needs

Good location, secure parking. Nice spacious and clean room
One shared bathroom between 5 rooms was difficult at times, also breakfast was minimal, and on a first come first served basis, so some days there was little left
