That the hotel was very safe and clean
The door at night as someone was locked out and started banging in it they woke us up nearly smashing up the door.
A card would be better
Also i would suggest some hooks in the room that you can hang things.

Staff were very nice and responsive. My room was very clean and comfortable, water pressure was amazing! My room had a nice balcony too.
Everything was good

Big room with a coffee machine.
No one at reception. They had a screen with a livestream of a person. You had to WhatsApp to chat to anyone. It was a tad odd.

Good location
Most of the time, customer service is limited to a monitor at the entrance. I was fortunate to find a staff member when I arrived. In addition, I have repeatedly requested an invoice and have received no response.
Individual bed was very small.
