Literally the best host I’ve encountered over dozens of stays. Very responsive and helpful and went out of their way to help us check in smoothly and also figure out parking and such, which is not easy in Italian cities for travelers.
The location is perfect: right outside the central ZTL and yet very easy to get to pretty much any place in the center.
Highly recommend and would go back again.

Massimo welcomed us delightfully. He showed us around. Property was great, we had everything we needed, even croissants and coffee for breakfast. We stayed only one night but Massimo send us all the best trattorie for best bolognese pasta experience.

Host was courteous and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
TV did not work very well and shower did not drain properly.
