It was a lovely relaxing location The pool area was really nice The rooms were clean and comfortable & we had everything we needed
We were travelling by train from Milan & got caught up with the train strikes so had to get a much earlier train Casa Osti were really flexible & kept in touch with us and even let us check in a bit earlier
You do need some form of transport as it is rural or use the bus or taxi We hired a car which gave us more flexibility Restaurants & shops were a short drive away

Absolute gem of a place. Everything you need for a stay and very clean. Pool and garden were fantastic. Also on a bus route into Bologna.

the pool area was lovely. fairly close to Bologna though you definitely need a car. reasonably priced.
you can hear EVERYTHING from
the next room- too much- way too much. the couple next door woke us up every morning with some vigorous in bed exercise- the rooms had a connecting door. mosquitos were a real annoyance. badly equipped kitchen and no table or chairs for four people- let alone two- to eat. breakfast was a few industrial individually wrapped commercial cookies/stale brioche/hard little toasts. no milk for coffee or tea and these sad items were not restocked each day. we ended up leaving the propert for breakfast. we discovered a used and open jam container in the bowl
for the jam containers. no cleaning service. there seem to be a variety of rooms- ours was outside the compound and in an odd block of slightly run down apts. maybe we just drew the short straw.
