Comfortable ensuite room with all facilities. Nina was very helpfull providing directions and entry instructions and for self-service breakfast in shared kitchen. About a 15 minute walk from station with easy access to express to airport
I thought the city tax was high compared to other place we stayed on outward journey. We stayed here for return journey. Otherwise no issues

- Loved the friendly staff. They were really accommodating and welcoming.
- It was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay
- The location was convenient for onward travel from Bologna station
- We got confused by the outer security gate on departure as we had been in the habit of using the key provided to open it. It took us a while to figure out how to get out (as we couldn't find the pedestrian gate button) and had to go back and ask for help!

The room is very comfy and exactly like what's shown on the photos.
The hosts were super friendly and meticulously explained all the facilities.
