Location great neat bologna Central station. Clean modern Enrico a great lhost. We had to stay extra day because of train strike and that was no trouble with Enrico. We had an enjoyable stay

The accommodation's location was excellent, with a friendly and welcoming host who made us feel right at home. The modern and clean living space was situated close to the station and a quaint market, perfect for picking up groceries. We appreciated having kitchen facilities available, which allowed us to prepare some meals during our stay.

Great apartament, very clean, everything new. Good location close to the central station and 20 mins walking from old center. Friendly host.
Rental is per room, not for the entire apartament. In our case as a couple, we had a bedroom and our private bathroom, but we had to share the kitchen with other guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Bologna! The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Enrico, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating — he even surprised us with a chilled bottle of quality prosecco and water on a hot day, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We truly felt welcomed and cared for.
Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bologna, a perfect base for exploring the city!
