Perfect stay for a short city trip. Right in the centre of Bologna, at walking distance of all the nice spots. The area is quiet, so sleeping with open window is perfectly doable. Easy entrance (code and card). The room and common kitchen are super clean.
In the kitchen, there were some biscuits and chocolate for breakfast. I would have preferred fruit and yoghurt.

Location was excellent with everything on the doorstep. Quiet little side street and beautiful old classic building. Very clean, good sized bright shared kitchen with basic breakfast items (pastries, jam, coffee). Quick communication with staff via WhatsApp
Really comfortable mattress and pillows.
Our toilet seat was broken which we reported but unfortunately it was not repaired during our stay as promised.

The location is great, it couldn't be more central unless it was inside the City hall building.
It was relatively quiet.
The cleaning staff was super helpful and delightful. Real MVPs.
The images in the listings are a bit misleading. What you have is a room with a private bathroom, but the kitchen is in common with the rest of the quests.
The bed creaked every time I got out of it. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet in any meaningful manner.
The AC sounded like a diesel tractor every time the compressor started.
For the price (even though I understand why it costs so much for the period in which we visited) is absolutely not worth it.

"I liked that the room was very clean and bright and so close to the old town."
