Comodo se si deve andare allo Stadio dall'Ara per eventi. La Signora Gloria che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. il proprietario ci ha fornito molte indicazioni utili per il soggiono e per arrivare alla struttura. Cucina (in comune con un'altra stanza) fornita di ogni accessorio e di beni di prima neccessità (acqua, bibite, caffè, tisane, snack....). zona molto tranquilla, si dorme bene.
il prezzo .... nonostante non abbia nulla da ridire per l'alloggio, il prezzo è comunque troppo alto. Sicuramente sfrutta la vicinanza allo stadio e il fatto che all'uscita dai concerti non si ha voglia di fare lunghi tragitti. potrebbe abbassare di un centinaio d'euro a notte e sarebbe comunque un bel pagare,
