The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Very welcoming.
If I had wanted to use the kettle, I would have had to put it on the floor, under the desk, to plug it in. Unacceptable!

Very well located hotel, only a few minutes walk from Bologna Centrale, and lots of buses going everywhere you want to get. City center is also a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants, Coop and Aldi around. Friendly staff, 0-24 reception, clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast from 7 a.m. with the best cappuccino!
Because of the number of the buses it's a little bit noisy if you want to sleep near opened windows. But air-condition works perfectly :)
Would prefer a little bit bigger TV, but it not really matters.

The location near to the center, walking distance from the old city, parking house nearby (but for 20€ per day)
Old and used interior, but still enough for the needs. Unfortunately the breakfast disappointed a lot
