The size of the room, the bed, the elevator.

There was no tea, coffee or kettle in the room. No bathrobes. The staff was very unpleasant and rude, we had to go through the check in process twice, and wait for ours keys in a long queue (only one person was available at the counter at a time). The staff never apologized for the inconvenience.

The hotel is perfect .The distance to the train station is exactly 5 minutes walking ,which was very important to us and anout 20 minutes walking to the historical center of the city .The bathroom is very modern and the water perfect !!!!!!

The room was clean, the facility was pretty classy. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was decent.

The two gentleman that checked us in. They did not disclose to our group of nine that booked five different rooms that their air conditioning system for the building was broken and would not be fixed until the spring. Deceitful 100%. Went down to complain and all he could offer was for us to open the windows. It was hotter outside than in the building so that was not an option. Did not even offer a discount or a much of an apology. Would have rated this property a lot higher had that not happened. The temperature in the room was probably in the mid 80s. Woke up sweating in the middle of the night and finally opened the window, although very noisy and bugs came in, being no screens.

Excellent breakfast

The price per night was much higher than advertised because of added taxes and fees. Room was shabby but clean. Front desk staff were indifferent.

The staff was nice and pleasant. It's located very, very close to the main train station. The room was spacious and had many amenities. Very clean. Breakfast was okay too.

It's a bit far from the main sights (20 - 30 min walk). There was a sewage smell coming from the bath and the air conditioning was not functioning in my room.

The location was very close to the train station for easy access and about 20 minutes walk into the centre. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom was recently renovated and to a good finish. The room size was very good.

The decor was a little dated. The rooms had quite tired looking carpets which gave the room a little odour. Not very strong but noticeable. The room was very clean otherwise so this a comment about the cosmetics generally. Would still stay there again because of the location.

Close to train station, around 1 km to Center, excellent breakfast.

Location is very close to the Central station. To the center and historic attractions max 30 min. walking. Old good hotel. Taxi tariff from hotel to air port less than 30 euro.

Slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, overall bearable.

Clean, location

The hotel moved us to a remote hotel on the grounds that it was full, which was unacceptable as the front desk told us that our new accommodation was only 5 minutes away and was actually 3.7km away, I was lied to
