The location is very convenient as it's just a few minutes walk from the train station.
The facility looks like a student house, with poor maintenance and debateble cleaning especially in the toilet.
The day I arrived it was very hot in Bologna, and although the room has air conditioning it barely works. I set the temperature to 22 degrees and I was barely feeling it. The bedside table has a lamp, but the button is still far away so you have to get out of bed to switch it off.
In the toilet there's not even a way to hang your towel.
