Breakfast was good with a choice of continental and English available
Room facilities were good also except for a defective door to the bathroom. this matter was reported to reception.

A really excellent hotel, the room was ideal for our family of 3, the location in Bologna was perfect for seeing the city and getting to the airport for our flight home couldn't have been easier from this location, we were allowed ( for a.small extra fee) to check in early after we arrived from our cruise at 10am which was much needed, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast lived up to the usual Continental standard -definitely value for money
The lifts were tiny - but this is like all Italien hotels - a minor minor flaw

The room was quite big and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and very satisfactory. The location was perfect and very close to everywhere.

Great location. Close to the train station and easy to get to the rest of Bologna. They have a Dyson style hair dryer which is great!
2 of my pillow cases had blood on them - I noticed at night. They brought me 2 new ones when I called. Just inspect your bed when you check in and make sure it’s all clean.
Also, you don’t get a thin sheet to sleep with just a duvet. First hotel I’ve ever been at that only had a heavy duvet - which was too warm to use so we slept without any type of blanket. I asked for a thin sheet but didn’t come.
