Exceptional

Loved the space. All the surroundings, walking and feeling like one of the neighbors was a great feeling. The quietness and the feeling to just relax.

Very good

-the house is beautiful 😍 - very well located -beautifull view -very close to the lake i love that! - almost everything in the house is so comfortable -thank you so much Blue Spruce for letting us to spend the weekend in your beautiful house so far i recommend it 👌

-Internet was pretty slow and it's something that we really need during our stay -Bed on Master Bedroom make noise when yo move -Door lock in Master Bedroom is broken and that make me feel unsecured -price charge for cleaning is to high do that some of the request of the property person is to leave clean like no trash, clean dishes etc, so it kinds no make sence when you are paying for cleaning -Downstairs bedroom is very cool -other than that everything was Great! And house is beautiful 😍

Blue spruce house

Space especially the bathrooms , master bedroom and laundry room. Loved the multiple balcony views

The house was in very bad condition. Hazardous Broken furniture , very unclean including carpet, kitchen utensils. I had to clean so much after a long day. The living room had so much crumbs, pet hair, heavy dust and even spider webs . I had to clean the coffee machine from bad coffee stains in the pot and old coffee grinds in the machine . Could not use the oven due to bad thick charred surface , had to stick to using a small pan only because it was the only thing that was in descent condition after I cleaned it. Bowls and plates were dusty and even little buds on them. My husband had to clean and scrub the BBQ before using it. Hazardous broken entertainment center door that could fall and hurt someone. Luckily we didn’t have children young enough so we avoided getting close to it. Loose wood piece with nails sticking out in the nook area. Broken fragile curtains that also we avoided using fear of them falling .

It was ok but overpriced

The house is large with plenty of bathrooms. It's centrally located near Arrowhead Village and Snow Valley.

Upon arrival, it took five different lockbox codes to finally get it open and to get inside the house. The interior is comfortable but not exactly "clean". It's a little worse for the wear, heavily used and did not give the general impression of "clean", certainly not what I would expect for a $200 cleaning fee. The kitchen was equipped but again a cleanliness/worn out stuff issue, we found a lot of dishes that looked dirty and pots and pans that looked crusty. There was a huge pile of garbage left on the front porch right next to the front door. The slider (an outside door)in the master suite does not lock. The description says gas grill, which there was but with no propane. There broken chairs on the decks. I called Vacasa about the garbage (safety issue), the broken lock on an outside door (safety issue) and the missing propane and they did send someone to collect the garbage but never addressed the broken lock or propane. The linens and pillows are pretty worn and stained. I think of it like this, if I were offered this place by a friend for free, I would be very grateful. It is a nice house but for almost $700 for 2 nights, I would pass.
