子供が近くの病院で入院になり毎日通うために利用させていただきました。
全スタッフさんの対応がとても親切でよかったです。

Amazing hotel because it has a large bedroom with plenty of space, which is rare in Japan but mostly is the large area for available free drinks, ice, ping pong, go, othello board games with view on a japanese garden And their indoor onsen with free yukata available to wear inside the hotel all the time if you want. The room didn't have bathroom but you dont need it since you can take a shower in the onsen area, which is even better experience.
The location was far from convenient stores but it was not a problem in the end because you continously take bus or uber to visit places around anyway. All other hotels in Beppu need a bus also to go to the 7 hells, same type of location.

ウエルカムサービスが色々あってよかった。ドリンクから焼酎、かき氷までありました。２Fには漫画本の貸し出しスペースなどもあります。平日のため、浴場も貸し切り状態のように使うことができました。風呂の温度は露天風呂のほうが少し熱い印象ですが、普通くらいの熱さなので問題ありません。スタッフサービスも困ったことなどには、すぐ対応してくれたので快適に一晩過ごせました。
施設の所々が痛んでいる感じがしました。浴場へ向かう廊下の壁の汚れや客室廊下の床も一部剥がれてました。今回予約した客室の畳も年期がある感がしました。また、所々セルフサービスとなっており、部屋の布団も自分で敷く必要があったのは驚きました。他にも夕食中のお酒などドリンク注文はQRコードから専用の注文サイトで行わないといけないため、人により好き嫌いはあると思います。
