We had a great time but not much sleep!

The location for exploring the city was excellent. The place was light and clean. The hospitality tray including cereals, hot drinks, milk and water was a lovely touch. The Stay Company staff were so helpful and kind.

We found the place extremely noisy in the late evening as it is situated between two very popular and lively pubs/ venues. Music ends at 2 am on Fri and Sat throughout the year. Customers and taxis leave loudly until around 2.30 am. Earplugs and eye mask are provided for all guests at the house but it didn’t do the trick for some of us. This is a great house for those who want the night life!

Very helpful accomnandating staff perfect place to stay for our purpose

The apartment was central to Derby and a 5 minute walk to the wedding venue. Perfect location. Apartment was clean and tidy. Lovely welcome gift and touches to make our stay comfortable

The property was very clean, and it was very comfortable to stay in. The area we were in was close to the city center so we were able to access a lot of things.

The area is very noisy. The hotel is in central Derby and there was a pub right outside my window, so my family struggled to sleep with the loud music from the clubs and pubs. The wifi wasn’t working well in some of the rooms either.

Extremely spacious, clean and tidy. Each room had double glazed windows which helped make the rooms quiet. Excellent laundry facilities. The Company provided milk in the fridge and a selection of cereals, tea and coffee. Highly recommended.

When the fire alarm went off we all came down but had to call them to tell them that the alarm is going off and we all standing outside

Despite its shortcomings, costs were extremely reasonable and the staff charming and helpful

Breakfast was great it was all we needed really, the flat itself was clean and welcoming ...each bedroom's facilities were adequate for our short stay and they were good sized too so we didn't feel cramped. Its situation was really good for visiting anything in central Derby. We found all the utensils we needed and in fact cooking there would have been easy....all the equipment worked properly ...We felt safe and secure with all the various access door locks. The car parking after dropping off luggage was an easy walk I left my Bose Speaker behind plugged in and sent a message in the evening of the day we left to get a friendly helpful reply saying don't worry we will go in and find it for you in the morning and send it to you

The stairs up to the property smelt as though someone had died, the lights in the hall ways came on automatically which was disconcerting in the middle of the night, the doors were all heavy fire doors which one couldn't open and close quietly ...again an issue in the night. We were to have been 5 so the numbers of bedrooms was great but were we to have been the 8 the bedrooms accommodated then the sitting area and kitchen space would have been insufficient The shower tray in the second shower room nearly overflowed each time anyone showered and the pubs and clubs around were really rather noisy until late on the Saturday night but quiet on the Sunday night The club pub behind had rats running over the wall and seating which were clearly visible

Very good

It was e perfect place for two couples and one son, with it's four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The hair dryer was missing. Everything else was excellent. Enough tea and coffee for all of us and breakfast cereal for our 2 day stay.

Property was clean and tidy, breakfast had been provided which was a lovely touch

One of the remotes for the tv didn't work well, there were only two fans for three bedrooms, one of the windows was cracked

It was ok, better for older people not kids

It was spacious and comfortable.

Wasn’t good for the kids being next to 3 bars, and noisey, and the car park was nowhere near the property.

clean and tidy apartment with good facilities

self check in was good, great communication from The Stay Company, the apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, you could tell it used to be set up for student accommodation as all internal doors was heavy fire doors and rooms numbered etc, this didn’t bother us, lovely welcome card and cereals, biscuits, drinks sachets and milk in the fridge, this was a lovely touch, large bedrooms was a plus and good size kitchen and dining area was nice, great facilities, had everything you could need for a short stay.

what let this place down for us was the really loud noise from the pubs/clubs next to the property that went on till the early hours!, I had read people’s previous reviews saying it was loud in the summer when you had the windows open, so I didn’t think it would be a problem, this property would definitely benefit from some double glazed windows, if you was staying here to go out each night for the nightlife in the centre, then this wouldn’t probably be a issue , the Wi-Fi here was terrible, we gave up in the end and there wasn’t a great signal on the tv either.

It was an amazing price, the space did exactly what we wanted. great location for a Christmas morning drink and walk.

it’s was clean, just as we expected. Very central so excellent location. plenty of room. The staff always replied promptly and all queries were quickly dealt with. Would highly recommend !!

There was no dining table - all the photos showed a dining table and with it being Christmas, it was something we missed.

All you could need in the heart of Derby

Everything you could need for a stay plus a great location in the centre. Little extras like milk and coffee were a nice touch and very handy.

Amazing big Central Derby apartment , amazing value/price

The size of the apartment was huge to what were expecting, had everything we needed the milk/bottle water in fridge was a nice welcome offer when we arrived plenty of space

Only one issue was the bars that surround the property and the music but it wasn't really a big issue we're all Live music/festival production members so we're used to sounds like that

fantastic location and property for a short break and Courtenay was very helpful

fantastic location within minutes walk of city centre. very clean. spacious and private for the 5 of us. complimentary coffee, tea, breakfast cereal and bottle of milk and water

the kitchen is fairly basic with minimal pots/pans etc but we were not cooking for ourselves so it was good enough

very clean and tidy had everything we needed. wifi played up at times but we were out most of the day so was no issue at all.

nothing to be honest. it was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at.
