Good value for money, clean , nice shower , great location, long mirror, little area with snacks to buy if needed
Beds were on the small side for a double and mattress wasn’t the comfiest. Would suggest opting for an executive room if taller/ sharing bed. Shower gel not refilled when we checked into room and was empty. The lighting in the room itself wasnt great but not a big issue. At the buffet breakfast there were no sausages left at only 9am and took 30 mins or so to be replenished which was poor when paying for breakfast. Seemed to take a while for staff to notice food was running out at the buffet or not organised well enough for busy weekends

Service is great, whenever I arrive it's always a smooth check in with friendly staff. Rooms are always clean and beds are very comfy. The price is always the best compared with other budget hotels.

Location & helpful staff. Good breakfast. The prompt way that the staff dealt with the unacceptable mattress situation.
Lack of staff, long waiting times, lack of attention in the room & an awful mattress.
