Lots of choices at Breakfast
My only gripe was I asked the server for poached eggs on brown toast no butter. I was told I had to make my own toast, I explained I wanted the eggs on the toast so I will make it and give it to the server I made toast but now have to wait until the server was available to give her my toast
Most hotels I have stayed in this has never been a problem
I believe because this is a buffet style breakfast the things that you ask for off the buffet should be served with a higher standard

Breakfast ok but bacon really hard. Empty trays had to wait for food.
If you are having a bath, the soap/shower gel provided doesn’t come out of the holder. Ok if you’re having a shower but not good if having a bath.

The location to Derby city centre was perfect
It was very hot inside the room but we had a fan which helped. We had problems with our water, first the toilet was leaking and the sink blocked. Then in the morning our toilet wouldn’t flush at all
