Perfect!

Location is perfect, landlord was very kind and helpful, he helped us to find a parking and made a reservation for us, explained everything perfectly and recommended nice beach etc

Mattress and the pillow could be a little bit better but maybe I am too picky and spoiled when it comes to pillow and mattress 😀

The location is very central. The beds were very comfy.

One of the bedrooms is at the street side and it is noisy at night.

not the worst not the best, worth staying as prices are bit higher in Thessaloniki I think.

Apparently images shown on the web site are taken a long time ago. Windows are faced either to the wall of next building or space between the buildings or to the toilet window of the neighbour so curtains always down :)

Room infornation.

The room key is outside the building on yhe left side. And the infırmation isnt very good for this. Insıde the building the house is in the 2. Floor but lift is in the 2.5 th floor and there is no infornation up or down. We count it. Over the door there was not any information about this was ourdoor. We asked the people on the left side house.

Great location, poor cleanliness levels.

There was rust in the bathroom tap, stained bed linen, and the house was generally dirty.

-Location is fantastic!

-I booked the apartment for 5 persons (2 adults, 3 children 16,14 and 12 y.o.) and there were only 2 double beds ready... Hopefully we found some bedsheets and prepared the convertible bed-couch by ourselves.

We loved our stay.

Well furnished and very stylish. The host was very helpful.

Some necessities like shampoo or glasses weren’t available but it wasn’t too big of a deal.

If the location is your priority and you don't mind the rest...

The location is amazing, couldn't be better if you want to walk around Thessaloniki on foot.

However, the apartment is very dark, except for one of the bedrooms, and even during the day you have to stay with all lights on. This is due to the architecture of the building, however, we found it a bit uncomfortable. Also, the living room wasn't very clean, especially when we moved the sofa (we dropped smth) and there were all kinds of stuff like chocolate, tissue paper etc. There is also a coffee machine in the kitchen but no coffee capsules, so if you are visitinf bring your own. The last, but not the least, actually the worse thing about our stay was the issue with the parking! We were told and also as it says on booking, the parking costs 15 euro per night. We followed the instructions of the host but the people from the parking lot wouldn't let us prebook and pay per the price told. We had to come back three times at the paying point at the parking (different hours) as told by the host but still we did not settle the problem and we paid as regular users. In the end, the host told us that that is a separate business, and what he should have done was just make a reservation for our car.

I would definitely come back in Thessaloniki to this place.

Location of the apartment is in a walking distance of the amenities. The host was very responsive. There is an organized parking place 2 minutes away.

The cleanliness of the space was acceptable.
