Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The only issue we experienced was with the mattress, which was not as comfortable as we expected, and one side had a noticeable dip.

The check in process was smooth, the person assisting with the car parking was great, the breakfast was enjoyable and the location was on point. The photos are accurate but its also a bit worn as a hotel.
There is an aircon in the main living area but no in the bedroom. Windows could do with fly wire screens so you can open the windows knowing you won't have bugs come in.

It's in a very central location. Right next to all the tavernas and nightlife streets and the main square. It's located diagonally across from the harbor car park. All the staff were very respectful, polite, efficient, and helpful. Our bed, pillows, and duvet were of very good quality and comfortable. We had a very good night's sleep.
Unfortunately, the water was cut off until late at night on the day we arrived. It's a major drawback that a hotel of this size doesn't have a water tank. You come from a long journey and you can't even take a shower or wash your hands. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, but all they could provide were two small bottles of water. The room had no heating other than the air conditioning, and the bathroom was very cold. I'm sure it would be a much better experience in the summer.
