スーペリアクイーンからデラックスクイーンルームに無料アップグレードいただきました。近隣の某ホテルは遅くまで寝ていると清掃係に叩き起こされますがここでは放っておいてくれます。
市街地なので窓からの景色がイマイチ。

スーペリアクイーンルームを予約したところ、40平米以上ありそうなセミスイートクラスにアップグレードいただけました。トイレも２つ。文句のつけようがありません。
３泊でしたが、シーツ交換がなかった。

They accommodated a one hour later checkout.
We had two different rooms and both parties had bites on their legs from something (not sure if it was bed bugs). Told the staff and they didn't do anything or even acknowledge it.
