Really lovely apartment in an excellent location. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again
One very tiny point, the pillows seemed quite old and although extra pillows were provided there were no pillow covers for them.

We chose the apartment for its location. It's on a quiet street in between the very noisy and busy Duomo area and the more quiet Santo Spirito area. We also liked that it had a washing machine and drying racks.
Although it had a modern bathroom, the shower didn't drain and the water backed up. Also the room is very narrow so using the toilet was a bit tight. So if you actually cleaned the shower you would know that it didn't drain well. And this wasn't the only apartment that we stayed in that didn't have ice trays. Are ice trays a thing in Italy?
