Stunningly beautiful location and property. Located 5 minute drive from Cortona. Room super comfortable and gorgeously furnished Tuscan style. Breakfast items in the room plentiful and of good quality. Lovely furnished patio outside room. Free toiletries. Swimming pool and loungers great. Relaxing and quiet. Lovely host.

The location is great for accessing Cortona and other Tuscan villages. The host is lovely and very welcoming, there are lots of snacks, wine and essentials all included in the apartment.
The swimming pool is wonderful and rarely busy. Parking was easy and we welcomed the covered spaces especially after we had seen huge hailstones in Italy! There is a sense of community whilst staying there.
We wish there had been a full length mirror! The interior is quite dark but being in a period building:barn conversion there is no way to overcome this. I think we also had possibly the only apartment with a separate lounge rather than open plan to include the kitchen, if we return we would look to have an open plan environment.

Everything. The setting, the apartment, the facilities, the owner & staff. The breakfast basket. Also the olive oil was delicious. What a lovely place.
