Great building with great amenities

Really close to the mall and train stations. Air conditioning was awesome.

To many bugs, especially in the washroom and the microwave didn't work

You can get clean hotels here for 4 nights for 6000 pesos. I have paid 9000 + 390 fee so 9390 on booking. com. The landlady asked for the 390 again, although I explained to her that I had already paid the 390. Now I have paid 9780 pesos. For this price you would expect a great, clean apartment. After the landlady left, I discovered bugs, including a cockroach. The room was dirty, the oven plates and the kettle are rusted. The armchair wobbles, the seat was only attached to 3 instead of 4 feet. The bed was shaking, all the feet are bent, it will collapse soon. The couch was very small and has no sleeping function. The button on the bidet was broken, you need 2 hands to operate it. The air conditioner was very noisy and sure full of germs. The refrigerator, which was why I took the apartment, was moldy. Everything a disaster. I have booked an apartment with a garden view.It was on the 32nd floor of a high-rise building, where you can see the streets and roofs of houses through a small dirty window. The apartment isn't even worth half that.

location is nearby shopping malls and to the public transportation

checking in instructions poorly communicated , didn’t know the gate pass/clearance was needed to go to the property I thought once I have the confirmation after I booked everything will be ok but it wasn’t . could’ve been so much better if they send the clearance to my email right after they confirmed my booking not until I asked for it , as the guard at the gate didn’t let us to go to the tower without it, I didn’t have a local simcard to call the property manager , asked helped from the guards how to call the contact number but my phone and theirs non worked don’t know why , maybe it couldn’t have been easier if it was a cellphone instead of landline to contact the manager . needs to use my roaming data to email him and that’s the time they send me the clearance. the unit door was open , should’ve been locked for safety reason , what if there’s a random bad guy hiding inside the unit and hostage us after getting in . no one was there to meet us but said someone will be meeting us at the location , the guard at the lobby know nothing about my booking. the dining chairs , microwave and ceiling fan were so dusty . Wifi didn’t work x2 nights , tv no programs to watch.

It was an okay stay.

Great location, very close to the mall

Checking in was complicated even after submitting the required documents for the issuance of gate passes. Also, I just noticed that "service charge per stay" was included when you pay at bookings.com, yet I had to pay another "service charge per stay" upon checking in.

True colours come out esp money matters involved

1st day okay as i paid directly at booking.com and place are good but when I go paid cash directly for extra 2 days was really night mare. Was expecting cleaner to come and clean facilities end up no one is doing cleaning no proper sockets for universal charger . Only thing I like was the towels it's freaking smell good.

Mukhang pera .paid 2 days and on 3rd day she was kicking us out at 10am explaining my situation and end of the day she never consider us at least eat or refresh something updated naman sya sa ngya2ri sakin and I need to pay extra 500 pesos for storage fee? Asan ang hustisya Georgia you have 14 units you never spare us a room for another day ? Umakyat kami 19th floor kasi u said we have room ending wala? and blaming me im not organised? Kaw kaya nsa kalagayan ko na recently got injured LCL on right knee and had to do OEC dahil wala ako makuha dates dahil flight ko na next day so I booked on same residence different Tower 5 ..lesson learned people really are mean to you especially money matters...
