Amazing customer service and clean room

Super clean. The front desk staff provides fantastic customer service and very accommodating about customer requests. Lost and found service was superb (my friend forgot his laptop at the lobby), you can rest assured your lost stuff will be back safe and complete! Free water refilling station, both cold and hot water available. Good view outside the window. Wifi is stable and fast.

No hand wash beside the tap so had to go to the shower area to get the body soap to wash hands, a bit inconvenient but not a big problem.

Great location and price. Well worth the stay.

You can beat the price and how clean the hotel was. Very basic but more than adequate! Great front desk and location. Bottled water outside in the hallway.

No soap at sink (wasn’t a big deal, there was a dispenser in the shower). You could hear some people that were a big loud if your room was facing the street.

Good budget hotel.

The room rates were very affordable and unbeatable if you're on a strict budget. The room was clean and very basic.

Noise on the hallway very early in the morning woke us up when hotel staff were talking in the hallway. There were no extras like soap and toothbrush. This was a bring-you-own affair. The hotel only had 2 separate beds and we were told that bed stains would result in extra charges.

Great budget hotel - make it greater by paying more attention to the small details.

Great location. Right next to 7-11. They provided water already on every floors so this is helpful. Bed is still very comfortable. Staff has always been great. Even the guards are very helpful.

The shampoo /body wash dispenser is always defective. I requested for it to be looked at and i was told that they already reported it to ENGINEERING. Their housecleaning staff could easily replace it but it had to be the ENGINEERING people. Did not make a lot of sense. It took more than 45 minutes to get that sorted out so I had to go out and buy my own body soap.

convenient location right across the Tim Hortons.

bedroom felt dusty upon check in. Because of the dusty room I kept sneezing. the weak AC almost seemed non existent. the additional fees for accommodating stains was outrageously high. although there are terms and conditions the charge felt unreasonable and it was never indicated that I’d be charged that much. Hotels are suppose to be able to have quality cleaning agents and never usually charge their guests but this one does which is disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again. the location is great but there are other options for you that would be better.

The hotel is cleaned, bed is comfy. very close to everything. The staff was amazing! Helpful, kind, generous. Nothing to complain

No kettle, i love coffee lol. Anyway there is a 7 eleven just next to the hotel.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the pricing was right 👍

When I requested a room with a view of the city, the staff complied immediately. Everything you would want or need is within walking distance from the hotel.

A balcony would have been nice, but other than that, it was perfect.

Not worthy to stay

View from the small window, location of the hotel was good for this reason I booked it

In toilet no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion only one liquid soap is kept that is not refiled during my stay duration. No breakfast available. No phone in the room is available. The size of the room is too small.
