Very spacious compared to other condos and internet was fast. The location is near to a lot of places and very convenient bcoz they have a mall, a 7/11 and other restaurants nearby.
Idk if its the owner or just the management in general of the condo but visitors aren’t allowed to the unit and only in the lobby. I don’t understand that part and they didn’t mention it in the ads. It was the first time I stayed somewhere and they didn’t allow visitors. I mean even hotels allowed visitors in your room.

I hope they really do prepare for the no. Of pax for the beddings. While we made do with what is available(I even bought my own fleece blanket from savemore downstairs) it would be such an added convenience if beddings are per person. The sofa bed was available for our 3rd guest (we paid for 3 guests) but it doesnt have a proper bedcover. I wondered why it was difficult to provide for such a minor convenience for the guest. They also just provided two towels for 3 guests.

I had a great stay at MPlace Tower B. The unit was complete with everything I needed—kitchen with utensils, plates, spoon, and even an electric kettle. It made my stay really convenient and comfortable, especially since I could cook my own meals and save money (eating out can easily cost around ₱2000 per meal).
The location is also a big plus. There’s a mall just downstairs, and it’s only about 7 minutes to the Heart Center and 10 minutes to St. Luke’s, which was important for my children’s checkups. The unit has fast WiFi and a TV, so we were well-connected and entertained.
The staff and even the owner were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would gladly stay here again.

The staff, including the owner, were friendly and accommodating. My only issue was with Booking.com—not with the property itself. The listing didn’t clearly mention that the unit was in Tower B, so I was a bit confused when I arrived. But once I found the place, everything went smoothly.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

almost complete amenities, cool air conditioning with remote and a spare back up fan in case guest want much cooler atmosphere, comfortable beds, flat screen tv connected to strong unlimited wifi access, with free netflix streaming, with heater shower provisions, with refrigerator for long stay advantage for food storage, electric kettle, microwave, induction stove with compatible pan, utensils, complete dinner ware, host also provided us 2 pair of utility slippers, mop, trash bin with spare trash bags, with dresser/cabinet, and dining table.
very kind and so accommodating host, she's too flexible as long it is applicable to house rule of the administration. all security guards are kind and polite. just hoping they also have a washer.
We re-book another 4 nights stay for upcoming week...
