The staff was helpful. Despite the language barrier, they waited patiently for my Google Translate to understand what I needed. The receptionist speaks English very well and is equally helpful. The facilities were ordinary but nothing to complain about given its price.
The lighting in the room was not enough. It was dim and not suitable for working with my laptop.

The location is great. Some staff members are friendly and accommodating.
Wifi is only accessible in the lobby but it’s almost non-existent. It’s kinda slow. This should be improved as the hotel has a lot of guests.
