Beautiful location in the Lapad area - lovely gardens and sea views from our room which clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient

Quiet hotel a bit outside the city. Good and various breakfast was offered. Easy to get on the bus to the city. Great view of the sunset every evening.

The location of the hotel is absolute 5 star, at least when it comes to swimming. The clenaing lady thoroughly cleaned our room every day, wifi, AC unit were also working well, staff was nice. Over all we had a very nice time but it should be noted that the services accurately reflecting that this is "only" a three star hotel.
Hotel staff kindly suggested the Tramonto restaurant inside the hotel as an option for eating/having a drink. That was an absolute rip off for us. The squid we got would not have been enough for a child and we also made the mistake of asking for a lemonade each. That was literally just tap water with some lemon in it. But at least it was expensive... The own "aperitif bar" of the hotel isn't any better. Asked for two cocktails which means that the bossy older lady from the cafeteria jumps in as a bartender and mixing up some cheap stuff for 10+ euros. Had to learn quickly that we shouldn't spend money at them for "extra" stuff which is quite unfortunate, it would be nice seeing them improving on these things.

Easy access to the water with steps down to own beach. Nice staff. Decent breakfast.
I’m a little surprised by the positive ratings. It was a very average hotel, admittedly with a good location right by the sea- but then there are hundreds of places in Croatia with this advantage. Room was in dire need of renovation with dirty walls and a rug so gross I used shoes at all times. Only one bedlight. Zero floor space. Beach towels ran out one day. 20-30€ charge per day for basic sunchairs. 5,2€ for a can of coke in the beach bar. Bathroom so small I had to lean over the sink to close the door (and I’m a tiny person). Toilet constantly running.
A simple, clean apartmani is a much better choice.
