We are excited to offer you personal attention, quality accommodations, and a safe environment on the Northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, Las Terrenas, Samana. This peninsula is known for miles of undeveloped beaches lined with palm trees and an injected international flavor into the local dining scene. At our daily rental rate, we include deluxe accommodations, housekeeping, towels and linens, and others. The Chef or Cook services are optional based on a request for an additional fee. You can pay per meal or per meal package per week.

I planned on this vacation to expend time with family at the Dominican Republic for the holidays. Fo started getting to the villa was a little challenging. The house is up in a very steep hill. Going up and down was scary. The road is very narrow and part of the roadway is two lanes. Two cars won’t fit side by side, and one car would have to drive into the very edge of the road onto the grass where there’s a cliff. I found myself praying every time we drove up or down. But that wasn’t the worst of all. First we notice there were a lot of flys and inserts specially around the dinning areas. After a couple of days of being there we realized the reason. The cleaning person would only clean the bedrooms and bathrooms and did a very poor job. The most disgusting she did was giving us used towels. By the third day I realize she wasn’t washing the towels just letting dry and giving them back to us as clean the next day. Then I realized the toilet paper wasn’t been replace. When I asked they told me we were only allow so much toilet paper and from there on, I would have to buy what we needed if we needed more. I was surprised. I had stay at other villas and I never had to buy toilet paper. But I went to the supper market and got 20 rolls pack of toilet paper. I proceeded to distribute the 20 rolls around all 5 bathrooms. The next day we went out for most of the day and when we came back all the toilet paper had disappear from all the bathrooms. When I ask the property manager about he said he didn’t know and he said he would ask the other house employees. But nobody new what had happened to the toilet paper and the only person who supposedly entered the bedrooms and baths was the cleaning person. I ask to see the cámara recording of that day, but they gave all this excuses of how only the owner of the villa had access to the recordings and how they had to contact her first and time passed by and it never happened. All house employees were very friendly and accommodating except for that cleaning person. After we left and got home and unpacked I noticed that I was missing a very expensive watch and a Gucci belt. I was already home and since I never heard about the missing toilet paper I imagine they would give me the same running around and as upset as I was about my watch and my belt I just wanted to put the whole horrible experience in the past. In a positive note, Lydia the cook was great. I would not recommend to anyone

Amazing Villa
Amazing Villa
This house is HUGE! The pictures really don’t do any justice. The rooms & bathrooms are really specious. The guard and the guy who live at the villa are extremely helpful with everything. If you’re considering renting this house please pick the correct vehicle to go up the hill because the roads are steep and a little dangerous. Overall really happy with everything and really glad I picked this house.

Paradise!
This is a beautiful villa with a mountain view and overlooking the ocean. Pictures do not do justice on how nice and clean the villa is. Everyone that works at the villa presents 100% attention to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Franklyn the person in charge is a super nice guy and goes beyond his way to accommodate you. The lady that was cooking for us “Lidia” is an amazing/ Fatanstic cook. Every dish she made was flavorful and mouth-watering . She is a sweetheart and I would recommend to ask for her if you decide to go with the Chef option.

Beautiful property
Home was beautiful the pictures do it no justice. Priced well I believe for the view is priceless. My only thing is there are soooo many bugs but you are in the mountains so that is not something I believe they can totally control. There are a couple of things not working like the microwave but was told this was all in the works to be fixed and even more update are underway. Besides that the stay was great and I would definitely stay again.
