Everything was excellent overall. What we enjoyed the most was the delicious food and drinks, as well as the beautiful Cosón Beach. The resort and the overall experience were fantastic.

The check-in was about 30 minutes later than expected. Also, we had requested a room on the first floor because one person in our group had difficulty using the stairs, but unfortunately our request was not taken into consideration.

The proximity to the beach was great. The place is great, and the staff were friendly. I was pleased

Although it was not mandatory, the information meeting about the timeshare was a little too much. While it is obvious the point is to make the sale, at times it felt very pressured. Not recommended to do it this way. Hard sells are a turn off.
