Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year at Cedars and one of the best. It is so wonderful to step into the warm FL sun from several months of cold and gray. The townhouse we rented was beautiful! The location was perfect, close to the courts and beach. We meet several wonderful friends who are always gracious and generous. We meet new friends who become old friends. The management, notably Cheryl, are always welcoming and helpful. We always hate to leave but will look forward to next year!

It's a solid rental with lots of space, large w/d, garage for beach stuff and sunrise on the balcony. Just a 10' walk to the beach and a 5' walk to the pool. Sure could use updates to towels and bedding tho (threadbare throughout). Kitchen is stocked, although I'd recommend getting the knives out of the drawers! Good luck and hope the pool bar reopens.

Great vacation unit. No surprises. Unit has all the amenities you need. Nice Flat screen TV in Living-room and Master Bedroom. Good air-conditioning with ceiling fans in each room. Would rent it again. Great location with easy access to beach. Great swimming pool and a nice workout room in the club house.
