Very enjoyable

The location of this apartment was excellent, it was so easy to explore the old city and go back to use the facilities to take a break and cool off with the excellent air conditioning. The shower room was excellent. The kitchen area, which had a small hob (induction), fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment needed was also excellent. There was a good TV with access to lots of international channels however there were only a couple with the English language which wasn't a problem as the internet supported watching movies and programs online. We found lots of things to do and see, exploring beyond the city walls on boat trips and bus journeys. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and also grocery stores for supplies. Thanks Roni we had a very memorable and enjoyable stay.

Very good

Location was excellent. Beautiful clean studio apt. Was dissappointed as I assumed we had the loft studio so was suprised when we arrived and were given the room we had. I had booked with my eyes and made the assumption it was going to be the loft one.

No sound proofing. Hear everything and everyone going up and down stairs. Owner blaming other guests being noisy but I think it was more due to building and doors than anything. Wooden stairs naturally makes noise when walking up and down Couldnt imagine being their with kids . Kids naturally are noisy and I think the owner would be too sensitive to it. He seemed overly concerned with noise levels that we found ourselves tiptoeing ! Stairs are steep. Owner kindly helped carry up cases. Had incorrectly assumed the apt had a balcony that you could sit out on. Small balcony was handy for putting out the clothes horse to dry clothes more quickly.

Perfect apartment for your stay in Dubrovnik.

The apartment is beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The location is wonderful and made seeing the old town and getting buses or walking to the beach very easy. The kitchen includes everything you need, and despite being in the centre of everything, the apartment is very quiet at night. Roni was a lovely host and very gracious when our bus was 4h late, leading to a very late check in. It looks exactly like the photos and is quite roomy.

Great apartment, right in the middle of the Old Town!

Excellent location! Very comfortable bright apartment with all facilities. Roni was very accommodating when we were arranging to meet for check in and very welcoming upon our arrival giving us some nice recommendations. Loved our stay!

Gem in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik

Absolutely superb location. Lovely fresh, clean interior, and nicely decorated. Smiley, pleasant host who helped us arrange an airport transfer. Thank you, Roni, for the great stay. We will definitely recommend your place.

While it's a clever use of space, the upstairs ceiling was quite low, forcing you to stoop.

A little gem in the heart of old town, Dubrovnik.

Location is amazing right in the heart of old town but on a quiet street. Easy to access all the major sites. This apartment is a great base. The kitchen area is very useful for breakfast before we went out for the day. There is a small supermarket close. Roni the host was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Location was perfect. The apartment had everything it needed. Really friendly host.

Pillows weren't the best but were adequate. Hot water cylinder could have been bigger as both of us like hot showers but only enough for one.

Perfect location in old town! Brilliant trip.

The location of the property is absolutely perfect! located steps away from the main attractions in old town and you have everything on your doorsteps from restaurants/bars/cafes or supermarkets.

The only negative about the apartment was the balcony. It is located in the middle of two buildings to the view is not great and doesn’t get any sun so you wouldn’t spend time sitting there. Also we were staying for a week and were only given one set of towels which ended up getting damp and smelly. More towels would be good.

Beautiful little apartment steps from the busy old town, but secluded enough to be quiet.

Location was fantastic. Not in the super crowded noisy area of the Old City, which we liked. Close to great restaurants and gelato, though, but nice and quiet in the comfortable room. Easily connected with the manager to get the keys and a little orientation. Really nice space with lovely bathroom, generous sitting area and great kitchen. Views of the old city wall. Would stay here again!

A little noisy with people in the room above us walking around. Might try for room on top floor next time.

Everything went very smoothly and we were very happy to spend our honeymoon trip here!

Location was perfect in the middle of Old town! Everything is super close but the street was still quiet and it was quiet to sleep. The walls are not very thick so you can hear some noices from the neighbours so maybe bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It looked exactly like in the pictures and was everything we hoped for! Air condition was really nice and keeped us cool. Our host Roni was very nice and it was easy to reach him if we ever had any questions. Everything went smoothly and we were happy with the apartment!

Superb

Very nice host, quick to respond to any requests. Lovely accommodation in the centre of old town. The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and safe.

Only one minor point - it would be better to be able to meet someone to guide guests from the taxi drop off point to the apartment. We arrived in the middle of the night and found the attempt to locate the apartment a bit frustrating.

Comfortable stay!

Comfortable stay on a perfect location in the old city! We did rent the two upper apartments for our family of five. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Harbour, walls and some decent restaurants just a step away!

Exceptional

Perfectly located apartment in a beautifully renovated old building. The apartment is very elegant with every comfort, crisp linens, and fluffy towels. It is bright with a partial view of the wall and could not be better located, right in the middle of the old town and with easy access with very few steps.

The hot water ran out very quickly so one of us had a cold shower everyday. The 10am check out is a little too early, even in Covid times, an extra hour would have made a big difference. But, apart from that, this is a great apartment and I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Dubrovnik!

The location of the apartment is great, centrally located but tuck away from the noisy streets. It has been recently renovated, so everything is new in the apartment; furniture, bathroom and kitchen. The size is very appropriate for two persons, ample space to move around. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in.

There were some minor details missing in the apartment that make a great difference in comfort; there was only one waste basket in the whole apt and it was in the kitchen. One in the bathroom would be very helpful. Also there are no shelves or space to storage in the bathroom, neither in the shower so you have to put the soap and shampoos on the floor. The host wasn’t very helpful in giving us suggestions of where to eat. Also he alert us that he was going out of town for a few days so we couldn’t contact him if we have any problems!!! Good we didn’t have any!!!

Location was great. Right at one end of old town closer to Ploce gate, and the great swimming area by the rocks. Quiet. Large bathroom and common area.

Loft BR has low pitched roof, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. 3rd floor walk up.

Great apartment and great host!

Apartment was in a fantastic location in the Old Town and within short walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants, etc. Host was very helpful and answered many questions prior to and during our stay. Free wifi was available, and apartment felt very modern for being in such an old part of the city.

I would recommend people traveling with lots of luggage to hire a porter service if coming from the Pile Gate (airport shuttle), since the apartment is in essentially the opposite corner from the Pile Gate. If possible, guests should arrive through the Ploce Gate which is much closer.

Very beautiful & clean apartment in the old town city center

The host Roni was very friendly. Rooms were clean and the location in the city center was great! There was not much noise although directly located in the center. We really enjoyed our stay at the Apartment house Lina and would definitely book it again.

Apartment is beautiful and cozy. It is situated in the center of town it is located on a very quiet street. Cleanliness is top notch. The owner is very kind and helpful, 10/10 would be back again:)
