Nestled in Monza, this lovely condo for $75 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. ENGLISH The accommodation ______________________ The apartment is on the ground floor of a farmhouse of the early 1800s. It 'was recently renovated and furnished with modern style furniture. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, hob, extractor, dishwasher and refrigerator. In the only bedroom space there are a double bed and a bunk bed retractable. You can close all beds, turning the room into a cozy living room. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The heating is underfloor. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (2 convectors). The apartment overlooks a garden of about 200 square meters and is equipped with an alarm system and perimeter insect screens on all windows. You can access to the property through a sliding gate and you can park your car inside in a reserved place, at about ten meters from the entrance. The entrance of the apartment is covered by a porch of about 20 square meters, which serves as a relaxation area. Interaction with guests _______________________ On demand and free of charge, we can arrange transportation to and from the railway station in Monza (3.5 km) or Lissone (1.8 Km). On demand, we can also organize the transfer from the different airports of Milan Linate (22 km ca ½ h), Malpensa (62 Km 1h) or Bergamo (48 Km ¾h) against amount and time has to be agreed. Check-in has to be done always in the presence of a family member who speaks Italian and English and will provide you details related to the apartment and to the city of Monza. Is available on site a short guide where you can find the information about available services. They are available to guests several tourist information of Monza, Milan and surroundings. Finally, we are always here to support you, as we live in the apartment upstairs. Check out is always performed in the presence of a family member. E’ stato recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con mobili in stile moderno. La cucina è attrezzata con forno, forno a microonde, piano cottura, cappa, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. Nell'unica camera da letto trovano spazio un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello a scomparsa. Tutti i letti possono essere richiusi, trasformando la camera in un accogliente soggiorno. Il bagno è dotato di doccia, WC , bidet e lavabo. Il riscaldamento è a pavimento. L’appartamento è dotato di impianto di condizionamento (2 convettori). L’appartamento si affaccia su un giardino di circa 200 mq ed è dotato di sistema d'allarme perimetrale e di zanzariere su tutte le finestre. Accesso Ospiti _________________ La casa si trova alla fine di una via a fondo cieco. Si accede alla proprietà attraverso un cancello scorrevole ed è possibile parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della proprietà, ad una decina di metri dall’ingresso dell’appartamento. L’entrata dell’appartamento è coperta da un portico di ca 20 mq che funge da area relax. Interazione con gli ospiti __________________________ Su richiesta e gratuitamente è possibile organizzare il trasferimento da e per stazione FS di Monza (3,5 Km) o Lissone (1,8 Km). We had a perfect „workation“ in Monza. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your time there. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. To go to Monza town you can use the bikes which belong to the apartment. When we come back to Monza we would rent the place again.

My husband, our dog and I stayed in this wonderful modern apartment in Monza for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay and found the location very good, but would recommend to have a car. That said, as keen walkers, we did morning walks to the stunning Monza Park and back. The hosts, Arnaldo & Rita and their family (including Doris the dog) are such welcoming, friendly people, and they were happy to help and ensure we had a successful stay. There is a beautiful garden, which we enjoyed and we got some fresh veggies too! The apartment is recently renovated and so clean and fresh with all the amenities you could wish for. The building is an old farm house, which means it stays cool inside even on hot days. In addition, there is A/C to ensure guests get a good night's sleep. There is secure parking only a few steps from the front door and what made our stay possible was naturally that our dog was welcome too! We would happily recommend Arnaldo & Rita's apartment to anyone who wants to stay close to Monza and Milan, but not be in the middle of the buzz.

Fabulous base for our Grand Prix weekend

What a gem of a place this is, a real home from home, exactly as described & pictured. Arnaldo & his family were so helpful & made us feel very welcome, providing extra information for us to enjoy our Grand Prix race weekend, as this was our first stay in the area it was much appreciated. The bikes provided made our trip to & from the circuit very easy & would be very useful for trips into Monza or further afield, all the essentials are provided for them, lights, lock etc. The property is only a 5-10 minute drive into Monza that has a wonderful variety of restaurants, bars & Gelato shops. We visited one of the restaurants recommended in the house information booklet, Del Centro, the food was very tasty & plentiful (little tip, only order 1 starter as they are huge!) We would definitely go back to this lovely apartment should we want to visit the area again & would have no hesitation recommending it to family & friends.

The appartment St. Julius is just like the photo's. Modern, complete, and very clean. The fridge was filled, the homemade jam and liqueur were delicious. The appartment provides all you could ask for. For us one the big benefits was the option to park the car in a private spot on the premises. Both Arnaldo and Rita are very friendly, and very helpful hosts. When we told Arnaldo that we wanted to go to Milan, he even offered to bring us to the train station, so we didn't have to walk to the station. When we wanted to depart, Rita even brought us to a metro station (red or purple) in Milan. We were amazed and very happy with this hospitality. Rita even gave us her phone number, so we could call her when we wanted to be picked up. This was so nice and so friendly. Besides Milan we also visited the city of Monza, and it's Circuit. We had a great time, and the next time we want to visit Milan/Monza we will definitely go back to St. Julius. Special thanks to Arnaldo en Rita, we had a great time.
