The location to get to Monza racetrack was fantastic (about 20 minutes on an e-scooter through the beautiful park). Air Conditioning was amazing and very much needed in the heat. The automatic window shutters were also very handy for keeping the apartment cool during the day and made the bedroom pitch black first thing in the morning despite the very bright sun, so made for a very good sleep. A nearby pizza restaurant (Cagiada) is definitely worth a visit, best pizzas I have ever had and only a 2 minute walk round the corner.
The apartment had everything we needed to make it a very special weekend. The hosts were amazing and regularly contacted me over the weekend to ensure everything was ok and made it very easy to check in, with everything explained very well via WhatsApp. Can't recommend highly enough, especially if you are going to the race track.

We stayed here in early April. We chose Monza because of its relative proximity to Milan, as traveling around Milan by private car is difficult due to the ZTL restrictions.
From the apartments, you can take the bus or walk to Monza train station and get to Milan by train from there.
The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for both living and cooking, including a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and even a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in Studio Apartment 701, a bidet, and direct access from the apartment to the courtyard. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything necessary, so we had a very pleasant stay as two guests.
We did not meet the staff in person, but they provided all the necessary information in advance.
It is also worth knowing that you will need to sort your waste during your stay.
Free parking means available spaces along the road, so this is something to keep in mind if you are traveling by car. There is also a street-cleaning schedule, and on certain days you need to move your car so the municipal services can do their work. However, we were informed about this in advance and followed the street signs accordingly.

From booking to arriving everything was made easy for us. Massimo was excellent at informing g us of everything we needed to know. We booked this as it was the closer available in Monza for the F1 and it was the best thing I did as it was a lovely stroll through the park to the circuit and also walking distance to the restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including a lift to the apartment saved me lugging the cases up.
