Welcome to Cascina Carolina

Cascina Carolina is a historic Lombard farmhouse dating back to the early 20th century, completely renovated to combine the authentic charm of the original building with the comfort of a modern home.

The entire house is completely independent, with a private entrance from a private road, and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 60 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a 4-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and everything you need for cooking. The living area also features a 55-inch Smart TV with Sky, high-speed Wi-Fi and a 3-seat sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed when needed.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with the traditional vaulted ceiling typical of Lombard courtyards, as well as a modern bathroom with shower. You will also notice the original red-brick niches, a distinctive feature of historic farmhouses that we have carefully preserved.

The first floor is accessed via stairs and features 2 additional double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the year. All ground-floor windows are also fitted with mosquito screens.

For your stay, we provide professional-quality bed linen and towels, freshly prepared and replaced for every new stay. The house is also professionally cleaned before your arrival, ensuring that you will find the property spotless, tidy and ready to welcome you.

The house is surrounded by greenery and offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Monza or Milan.

Within the private garden, which is fully fenced and equipped with an automatic gate, there is space to park up to 2 cars.

Cascina Carolina is located in a quiet residential area while still being close to all the services you may need during your stay. Within a few minutes’ walk you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and other local amenities.

The bus stop is approximately a 2-minute walk away, while Monza railway station can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot via a pleasant tree-lined avenue. From Monza, frequent train services connect to Milan, making it easy to reach the city without using a car.

Monza city centre and Parco di Monza are also within walking distance. The park offers large green spaces, walking trails, restaurants and cafés, as well as activities for families, allowing you to enjoy nature right in the heart of the city.

For Formula 1 fans, Monza Eni Circuit is approximately 2 km from the house and hosts the Italian Grand Prix every year.
