Location
I stayed top floor and the room number was 50. Everything was fine about room and wifi but only thing I doesn’t like which is WIFI CONNECTION. It’s always disconnected and poor signal. I been informed the receptionist about this to notify the manager about the issue but they said it’s already informed and the manager not taking any steps on it. Manager should care the complain.

The two things that were good and pretty much essential when it is 38c, the air con worked well, and the bed was firm, it was lovely relief when we got back to the room! The location is great, near all transport links and some nice restaurants/bars around. The staff on the desk were nice and got a couple of things fixed for us.
The whole hotel needs updating, in the room some of the plug sockets didn't work, the shower was a dribble, the sink plug kept on jamming, there were brackets coming off the walls (the hand rail in the shower), the toilet would constantly refill until you tapped the flush to release the ballcock, the mini-fridge with the water in had a light, but wasn't chilling the water, paper thin walls, was woken up from the adjacent rooms and above ... all really simple little things, easy and fairly cheap to fix. Just all feels very tired. Milan is a very, very expensive city to stay in, so perhaps 145 Euros a night is fair, but as I said, good bed and aircon, essential!
