Good position, nice apartman, friendly host, nice tuscan land. I loved it.

The wifi was really bad, no cutlery, but these are not so important things.

We could easily come back again.

The location was perfect. In an hour you can drive f.ex.. to Firenze and to Perugia. Beautiful countryside with springflowers and the hills of Tuscany. The scenery can't get any better. The staff was very friendly.

In the kitchen, there could have been more plates and glasses. We only made breakfast ,but anyway. A toaster for bread could be useful. In the bathroom a shelter for shampoos, creams and soaps could be needed.

Conveniently located, walking distance from a small shop and bar, up to 20 minutes by car to Camucia/Cortona.

Cutlery in the room, at least single knife, fork, etc would be welcome. Internet connection was a bit unstable - strong signal but no transfer sometimes.

What you likely imagine Tuscany to be.

Beautiful views over the rolling Tuscan countryside.Roomy, comfortable, relaxed accommodation with a parklike surrounding in the midst of a working apple and pear orchard. Great location for exploring Montepulciano, Pienza, Sienna, and more, including the many local vineyards.

Disappointing

The location is good. we arrived late due to car rental hold up. no one to talk to. spent an hour from 1.30 am wandering through property trying to find the two apartments we rented. left messages on host phone - no reply, even the next day. one of the apartments had no keys so couldn't lock the door the first night. Kitchen terribly stocked so couldn't cook - no bbq either. It wasn't expensive but cost enough to expect better than this. If this is a super host, well.....

Nice, calm place in a beautiful nature close to many beautiful cities.

Hosts were kind, responsive and flexible. The place is perfect with its own park and apple tree farm. The little chapel is just an add-on. The buildings are authentic but comfortable.

Wi-Fi went out a couple of times but it was not essential in the vacation

Superb

Great agriturismo! Basic but functional apartments (with airco in the bedrooms). Lovely garden and pool with enough space for the kids to play. Each apartment has it’s own table & chairs in the garden (in front of your apartment) and lounge chairs at the pool. Swimming caps required; you can buy them at the facility.

excellent peaceful stay in beautiful grounds.

The location was perfect, situated a short drive from Cortona. Close to several tourist attractions.

Good

It was clean and tidy. One evening the farmer made everyone espresso coffee. Another morning we woke to find some slices of tart with some flowers on our outside table. The idea of staying on a farm appealed to us with olive trees and sunflowers in abundance. There were some pretty towns to visit nearby- Cortona itself is lovely.

It felt very remote. The family’s English was limited so this made communication difficult. No information was offered about the local area and it would have been nice if there had been leaflets in the property about things to do. I’m sure it would suit some people but the cooking facilities weren’t great e.g no where to make toast, no oven etc. The door to the freezer in the refrigerator was broken. There was no hairdryer.

Great location, clean, beautiful rooms, exceptionally gorgeous garden, tranquil setting, wonderful pool, very friendly hosts.
