Good sized room with air conditioning and fridge. Bedding clean and comfortable, breakfast was ok. Staff were polite. Bikes were parked on the patio bit outside the hotel - not ideal but not on the road.
The stairs are marble and slippery with no handrail. 1, 2 or 3 sets depending on which floor you are on. There is no lift or porter to help with luggage. Slipped on the stairs and hurt my spine - twice! Restaurant only open for breakfast, not in the evening as stated on Booking.com

Great location for us near main road.
Very clean and quiet.

The hotel has parking and is very near the main square in Ouarzazate, which is though not so interesting as we thought. The place is ok, but nothing exiting.
This is a modern hotel, not a traditional riad, something that reduces fascination. The room was large, but we found old dust on the floor. Breakfast was boring.

The image used is the brochure is very beautiful. It is the best feature of the hotel. I had an excellent meal in the restaurant.
The pool was murky. The image is misleading as the rest of the hotel was inferior. The decor was uninspiring and ordinary.

"Great location, friendly staff and really comfortable room. We stayed twice in this hotel, on the way touring Morocco, then on the way back and both times the hotel met our expectations. Recommend and..."
