おすすめです！

スタッフの方が、好感が持てました。丁寧な接客で、気持ちよかったです。朝食も満足しました。ベッドの近くにコンセントがあったのが、よかったと、娘が言ってました。

エアコンの調整が出来なかった。暑くても涼しく出来なかった。

櫃檯有禮但冷漠、早餐服務人員很溫暖

早餐的品質很好、果汁鮮度現打好喝。

床鋪應該要更替轉向，雙人床都偏向且不平，不好睡。

Wonderful location, but noise might be an issue

Excellent location, very close to the JR station and the bus terminal to Zao onsen. I came by bus from Sendai and I got off literally right across the street. Lots of convenience stores and food options around. Friendly and helpful staff despite the language barrier. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

Soundproofing could have been better. I stayed in a room right opposite to the elevator & laundry room, and I had a hard time falling asleep due to the noise outside. The AC kept turning on and off by itself and was quite noisy too.

距離山形站和公車站近，地點方便，房間麻雀雖小五臟俱全。

出JR山形站右轉，再右轉過天橋，下樓有電梯和走扶梯，再往前走過全家就到了，全程2分鐘，對帶行李的旅客友善。且近公車站，要到藏王溫泉，和山形站都很方便。

隔音不太好，枕頭很低。

Comfortable Yamagata :)

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, al lado de la estación. La habitación es muy cómoda y silenciosa. El baño estaba muy limpio y fue un placer darse un baño en el después de un largo paseo por Yamagata :) ありがとうございます✨

スタッフさんの元気なあいさつがよかった。朝ごはんもおいしかった。夜中に天井から音が鳴って、安眠できないと思い、部屋を急遽変更してもらいました。でも、その際の対応もテキパキしていて、よかったです。

夜中に上からパキパキ音が鳴ったこと。下層階は暗いこと。

Staying here when the air conditioning system is still a heater is a torture.

Location was perfected.

Staying here when the air conditioning system is still a heater is a torture. Can't adjust the cooling of the air conditioner. Sleeping was uncomfortable. Anyone who stays here late winter may consider adjusting the room temperature. because the cooling cannot be adjusted.

Breakfast was good, excellent location, very good value for money. The staff were lovely.

Central location with helpful staff and quiet, clean rooms.

Wide choices for breakfast with some day to day changes for variety. Loaner bikes were a benefit, too.

I like to use the stairs to exercise going down to the street level, but this hotel only allows elevator use.

Come here without expectations!

- I just booked this hotel for location purposes. Right outside the Yamagata station. Our trip to Zao from here and to Yamadera temple was perfectly done from this location. - We traveled with one year baby and the rooms were comfortable enough to keep was warm., The breakfast is freshly prepared and it was good. - It was snowing outside and quite windy around. Many many eatery options are available - There is a machine outside the laundry room, with very minimal communication on it. Right outside the laundry machine, I thought its the machine to exchange the coins from the notes. I put a note and automatically a Television subscription ticket was bought. Why would you put such a machine just next to the laundry machine? Like what is the sense? Anyway, finally the staff was able to reimburse the entire amount.

- I found some of their staff multiple times rude - We were late by less than 5 minutes for breakfast. The lady there got so pissed off at us as if we did something wrong., The looks and stare she gave us, kept mumbling as she had to clean the area, she did not want us to be there at all. She handed over the empty boxes so we could pack our breakfast and guess what...YOU CANNOT SIT! How pathetic and how rude. Do I stand and eat? And finally, we decided to go back to our room & have breakfast inside. We definitely want to follow your rules & timings, but please be nice and kind to the people. - They have extremely strict Check In; Check Out possible. This is the first time for us in Japan. We already finished Kyoto, Osaka & Tokyo but never experienced so much strictness. They help you store your luggage in case you come early.

I’m not coming back to this hotel

near the station

the breakfast, it’s horrible. I did not sleep for 2 days , I felt strange in my room. I felt there was a ghost . Never had this strange feelings before
