For a short stay this is a good quality Japanese business hotel.
The location is close to JR Hachinohe Station, the front desk staff were very efficient and spoke English - check-in was quick and straightforward.
The room was quite small, but well designed with a large bed and even a good-sized work desk and office chair.
Breakfast was included and was very good. The "library cafe" is as the name suggests a library and cafe - breakfast was taken there and the selection from the buffet was very good.
I was travelling alone without large suitcases - the room would be quite a squeeze for a couple with a lot of luggage.
However, this is normal for Japanese business hotels - for a short stay without a lot of luggage this is a good place to stay.

Good breakfast.
Small bathroom with minimal amenities. No body wash or bath soap. Had to use shampoo or hand soap to shower. Room slippers are cleaned and reused by the next guests.
